Armando Salinas Torre - Partner

Armando Salinas Torre earned his law degree from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM); he received several specialized training courses at the Universidad Panamericana (UP).

From December 2006 to February 2008 he was the Undersecretary of Legislative Liaison of Mexico's Ministry of the Interior where he also served as Undersecretary of Population, Migration and Religious Affairs from 2003 to 2005.

As a federal representative of the LVIII Legislature (2000-2003) he acted as the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies during 2003.

He also chaired the Commissions of Homeland Affairs and Public Security and he served as Political Sub-coordinator of the Parliamentary Group of the National Action Party (PAN). As a local representative of the I Legislature of Mexico City Congress he was Chair of the Public Security Commission. As a federal representative of the LVI Legislature he chaired the Disabled Peoples Support Commission (1994-1997).

Jorge Reyes Loredo - Consultant

Earned his industrial engineering degree from the Universidad Anáhuac and has a master's degree in Natural Resources from the University of Vermont.

He undertook postgraduate studies in Ecological Economics at the University of Vermont's Gund Institute for Ecological Economics.

He has participated in economic, industrial and environmental analysis projects At Grupo de Asesoría Estratégica, he has been part of projects related to the automotive, mining and pharmaceutical industry.

Daniel Zavaleta Salinas - Consultant

Earned his law degree from the Universidad Anáhuac, and he undertook postgraduate studies in International Commerce at the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial (EBC).

He worked at the President's Office in the area of Citizen Information Services.

As an associate professor he has taught Philosophy of Law and Administrative Law at the Universidad Anáhuac.

At Grupo de Asesoría Estratégica, he specializes in administrative litigation and corporate and regulatory law.

He has been a consultant since 2005 and has participated in the accounts related to culture, education, trade customs and scientific and technological innovation.

Alejandro Ferro Negrete - Partner

Earned his law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de México (UNAM), and he undertook postgraduate studies in Management and Analysis of Environmental Policies at Mexico's Public Administration National Institute (INAP).

He worked as a lawyer specialized in litigation and as a tax consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers. He served as Director of Administrative Litigation at the Office of Legal Affairs of the National Institute of Ecology, and he also held the post of Director of Administrative and Judicial Litigation of the Department of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT).

He is a member of the Mexican Bar Association where he is at present the sub-coordinator of the Environmental Law Commission.

He is a consultant for Grupo de Asesoría Estratégica since 2002 and in 2006 he became an Associate and is in charge of the accounts related to environmental, agricultural biotechnology and scientific and technological innovation issues.

Fabiola Martínez Mata - Consultant

Earned her law degree from the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas, A.C.

She worked at the Law Firm Azar Ortega y Gómez Ruano, S.C.

Luisa Fernanda Ruiz Ortega - Consultant

She has experience in corporate law food industry.

Yessica Alexandra Díaz Buitrago - Consultant

Earned his Social Communication –Journalism degree from the Universidad del Quindío, Colombia.

Worked in the Empresa Social del Estado Hospital Mental de Filandia, Quindío - Colombia.

Mara Samaniego Díaz - Administrative staff

Is a Bilingual Executive Assistant with a diploma from Mexico's National Chamber of Commerce. At Grupo de Asesoría Estratégica she is the Executive Coordinator and the Executive Assistant of the Director's Office.

Before joining our firm, she worked for twenty years for Coca-Cola México as Executive Assistant of the Vice-president of Finance.
